Privacy
Last updated 2 June 2026
Arsenal Hub is a small fan site, not a tech company with a privacy team. This page is in plain English so you actually know what's going on. If anything here surprises you, email epiusogiji@dependabledigitalsolutions.com and we'll sort it.
What we collect
- If you upload something: your Google account's email, name and unique Google ID. We get these from the Google sign-in popup — we don't ask for anything else. We use them to attribute uploads, enforce a daily upload limit, and ban anyone who abuses the site.
- Anything you actually upload (photos, gifs, clips) plus any caption and mood tag you add.
- Anonymous analytics via Plausible — page URL, referrer, browser, country (from IP, then discarded), screen size. No cookies. No cross-site tracking. No personal data retained after aggregation — which is why you don't see a cookie banner.
- Standard web server logs via AWS CloudFront — your IP address, browser user-agent and request path. Kept ~90 days for security and debugging, then auto-deleted.
What we don't collect
- No cookies (other than the brief one Google sets during sign-in, which we don't read).
- No advertising trackers, no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics.
- No payment data — donations go through Stripe, which never shares card details with us.
How long we keep it
Approved uploads (and your name/email attached to them) stay on the site until you ask us to remove them, or until we take the site down. Rejected uploads are deleted within ~7 days. Server logs roll off at 90 days. Plausible has its own aggregation rules — see their policy linked above.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show, correct, or delete any data we hold about you. Email epiusogiji@dependabledigitalsolutions.com with your Google account email and what you'd like done. We aim to respond within seven days.
Third parties
- Google — sign-in only (OpenID Connect).
- AWS — hosting, storage, transcoding. Servers in eu-west-2 (London).
- Plausible — privacy-friendly analytics.
- Stripe — donation processing (only if you actually donate).
- Slack — internal moderation workflow. Upload metadata (uploader name + caption + a thumbnail) is sent to a private moderation channel so we can approve or reject submissions.
Children
Arsenal Hub isn't aimed at under-13s. If you're under 13, please don't upload anything or sign in. If you're a parent and notice your child has signed up, email us and we'll delete everything.
Changes
If we materially change this notice we'll bump the "last updated" date at the top. For small wording fixes we won't.
